Children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in Dak Lak receive gifts before the new school year

Dak Lak - Many children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in Tuy Hoa ward have been given gifts by the local trade union before the new school year.

On August 18, the Trade Union of Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak province informed that the unit had just organized a program to accompany union members and workers' children before the new school year.

The activity aims to practically celebrate the 81st anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2026) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026).

The Ward Trade Union coordinated with the State Legal Aid Center No. 2 of Dak Lak to organize a program of legal advice and support for minors and give gifts to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

At the program, students were disseminated and equipped with practical legal knowledge, skills to protect their legitimate rights and interests; in which, focusing on skills to behave safely and civilly in cyberspace.

Through this activity, the program contributes to raising legal awareness for union members, workers and their children; and at the same time helps them proactively identify and prevent risks and hazards that may be encountered in life as well as in the digital environment.

On this occasion, the Tuy Hoa Ward Trade Union mobilized sponsors to give gifts of school supplies to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Leaders of Tuy Hoa Ward Trade Union said that although the gifts are not of great material value, they show the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization and accompanying units for children of union members and workers. Thereby, contributing to adding motivation for children to confidently enter the new school year, strive to study, train and achieve many good results.

In addition to activities to care for union members and workers, at the program, Tuy Hoa Ward Trade Union also awarded decisions to establish 11 grassroots trade unions; and at the same time awarded decisions on personnel of the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee at grassroots trade unions.
