Trade union meals 43,000 VND/portion for more than 9,000 workers

Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, on May 14, Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Nenh ward, Bac Ninh province) organized "Trade Union Meals" for more than 9,000 union members and workers.

The program was attended by Provincial Party Committee members: Than Trung Kien, Head of the Culture - Society Department, Provincial People's Council; Thach Van Chung, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; officials of the Provincial Industrial Zones Management Board and the Economic Security Department (Provincial Police).

At the program, more than 9,000 workers of the company enjoyed a special lunch together in a joyful and united atmosphere. Each meal in the "Trade Union Meal" is worth 43,000 VND, an increase of 27,000 VND compared to the usual daily meal.

With an improved quality menu, ensuring nutrition and food safety and hygiene, the meal brought excitement to the collective of workers after hours of hard work.

The organization of "Trade Union Meals" is a practical and meaningful activity to strengthen the connection and exchange between workers and the trade union organization and the company's Board of Directors.

At the same time, it shows concern and care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, creating more motivation for production emulation, contributing to building a united, civilized and sustainable working environment.

On this occasion, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation directly visited and presented 150 meaningful gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at the company.

Over the past time, the Trade Union of Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has organized many practical activities to encourage and motivate workers such as: football tournaments, tug-of-war, mass art exchanges; awarding prizes to typical and outstanding collectives and individuals... contributing to improving cultural life, effectively implementing the health training movement to serve production labor; encouraging and motivating workers to promote the spirit of creativity, constantly improving productivity and product quality.
