Vietcombank Dak Lak joins hands with trade unions to expand incentives for union members
Dak Lak - Based on the coordination regulations, Vietcombank will support improving and enhancing the welfare of union members in the locality.
On January 13, Vietcombank Dak Lak Branch coordinated with the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation to organize the signing of coordination regulations between the two units.
The regulations clearly stipulate the responsibilities and coordination content in managing the collection and transfer of union funds in production and business areas in the province, and at the same time implementing other related coordination activities.
One of the highlights of the regulation is the development and provision of preferential products and services for union members.
Accordingly, the Provincial Federation of Labor and Vietcombank Dak Lak will coordinate to deploy lending products with preferential interest rates, simple procedures, and quick disbursement.
Thereby, creating conditions for union members to access legal capital to serve essential needs such as living expenses, study, healthcare or small investment...
In addition, the two units will coordinate to organize social security activities, care for union members and workers through programs such as "Union Shelter", Workers' Month, Lunar New Year and other activities suitable to the needs and actual conditions of each unit each year.
Mr. Hoang Xuan Thanh - Deputy Director of Vietcombank Dak Lak Branch - affirmed that the coordination between the two units will contribute to improving the lives of union members and workers in the area.
Accordingly, Vietcombank Dak Lak will regularly coordinate in disseminating preferential policies, rights and obligations of union members, as well as current policies, laws and regulations related to union members, workers, civil servants and employees.
