Dak Lak Labor Union effectively implements many union member welfare programs
Dak Lak - In 2025, provincial trade unions at all levels have effectively implemented many welfare programs, caring for union members and workers.
On January 10, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that in 2025, trade unions at all levels have effectively implemented the union member welfare program. During the year, the total number of union members and workers benefiting from the welfare program was 5,610 people, with a total amount of over 854 million VND.
Notably, the Fund to support union members, workers and civil servants of the Dak Lak Provincial Trade Union continues to be effectively implemented. To date, the total fund has reached over 6.345 billion VND. During the year, from this funding source, trade unions at all levels supported the construction and repair of 129 "Union Shelters" with an amount of 6 billion VND; at the same time, supported union members in especially difficult circumstances with a total amount of 738.4 million VND.
In addition, the Provincial Trade Union has directed and implemented the organization of the "Union Meal" program to the grassroots. As a result, 11 grassroots trade unions coordinated with unit heads and employers to organize "Union Meals" for union members and workers, with a total cost of over 477 million VND.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that in 2026, trade unions at all levels will continue to effectively implement the set tasks; focusing on developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions. At the same time, replicate practical models to care for the material and spiritual benefits of union members and workers, especially union members and workers in non-state enterprises.
According to the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, trade unions at all levels will continue to mobilize union members and workers to participate in supporting the Provincial Federation of Labor's Fund to support the construction and repair of "Union Shelter" houses and help union members in especially difficult circumstances.
