Enhancing the Petrovietnam Innovation Program in 2025
In 2025, with the theme of Oil and Gas Innovation - Rising to Development, Petrovietnam Trade Union directed the signing of a commitment and implementation, and has so far achieved remarkable results.
According to Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan, Chairwoman of Petrovietnam Trade Union, after more than two years of implementation, the Petrovietnam Innovation program has created a strong change in creative thinking, promoting the spirit of technical innovation, saving costs, and improving labor productivity.
In 2024 alone, the program recorded more than 3,400 creative products with a value of nearly VND 8,000 billion, affirming the bravery, intelligence, and enthusiasm of Petrovietnam employees.
Entering 2025, with the theme "Oil and Gas Creativity - Strengthening Development", Petrovietnam Trade Union has directed affiliated units to sign commitments and implement them vigorously since the beginning of the year, and has so far recorded nearly 1,000 innovative products, bringing thousands of billions of VND in benefits, practically contributing to improving productivity and production and business efficiency.
