500 cadres and workers perform art to welcome the Petrovietnam Party Congress

Art program with the theme "Light up Petrovietnam" - a special cultural event to successfully celebrate the Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group for the 2025-2030 term, an important political event of the Group, and at the same time towards the 50th anniversary of the founding of Petrovietnam.

"Nearly 500 cadres, union members, and actors from affiliated units in the Southern region have devoted a lot of enthusiasm and effort to practicing and staging elaborate, enthusiastic, profound and meaningful performances. Each performance is a story told through music depicting the spirit of solidarity - discipline - creativity - efficiency, along with the aspiration, bravery, intelligence and cultural values of 60 thousand workers" - Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union said.

The program has brought melodies, colors, emotions and the burning trust of the working group. The performances were elaborately staged by cadres and workers, imbued with cultural identity, recounting proud historical stages through music and images - from the first drilling sites in Thai Binh, the majestic works in the open ocean, to gas pipelines through the mountains and forests, and power plants that light up the country.

Previously, on August 2 and 3 in Hanoi, the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group successfully organized the 4th Congress, term 2025-2030.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Group Party Committee for the 4th term of 2025-2030 consisting of 37 comrades and a standing committee of 12 comrades.

Comrade Le Manh Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group re-elected as Party Committee Secretary, Comrade Tran Quang Dung re-elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Le Ngoc Son - re-elected as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Directors of the General Director of the Group.

This is a political event of special significance for the Party Committee and all cadres, party members, and workers in the entire Group. At the same time, it is also the time for Petrovietnam to proudly look back on the great results after 5 years of overcoming the "double crisis", gradually restoring and stabilizing production and business, strengthening the confidence and aspirations of all employees, setting many impressive records and also being a milestone marking a shift according to the model of the National Industrial - Energy Group.
