Emulation movement launched by Petrovietnam Trade Union to attract workers
Hanoi - Petrovietnam Trade Union continues to affirm its role as the leading flag in the Emulation Bloc of Group and Corporation Trade Unions with many outstanding activities.
The emulation movement on key projects and works is an important highlight to arouse a sense of responsibility and a vibrant competitive spirit among union members and workers on the construction sites, aiming for practical goals: completing on schedule and exceeding progress, ensuring quality - safety, reducing costs and improving construction efficiency.
The movement has become a strong source of encouragement, giving motivation to workers to overcome difficulties and conquer challenges in the process of implementing major projects in the industry.
In the past 5 years, many key projects and works have been effectively implemented through typical emulation launches such as: Song Hau 1 Thermal Power Plant Construction Project, Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant, Phu Quoc Mining Development Project, Tay Nam Gas pipeline Project... and currently the Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Project is being focused on accelerating progress, determined to reach the finish line safely, with quality and efficiency.
The emulation movement "Innovation in Oil and Gas" received close attention and support from the Group's leaders and leaders of member units. The program attracted a large number of union members and workers to participate, creating a wide spread of the spirit of innovation and creative thinking of workers.
The registered creative products not only have economic value, improve labor productivity but are also a testament to the attachment and aspiration to contribute of Petrovietnam employees.
As a result, in 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025, there were over 4,190 creative products bringing thousands of billions of VND in benefits to the Group and the unit.
