Lao Cai Trade Union implements emulation movement for digital transformation

According to the leader of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor, the implementation of the emulation movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education in the field" for the period 2025-2030 aims to widely propagate, raise awareness, promote role and responsibility, create a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and workers.

Thereby, promoting the tradition of patriotic emulation, the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, actively work creatively, research, study, give advice, propose initiatives and solutions to apply science, technology and digital transformation to improve labor productivity.

At the same time, it demonstrated the role and responsibility of the trade union organization in implementing the movement, promoting its role in coordinating and accompanying unit heads and employers at enterprises to effectively implement innovative solutions, promoting socio-economic development.

The movement was launched and implemented with 5 contents and specific emulation criteria for collectives and individuals. The movement is expected to be divided into 2 phases (phase 1 from 2025-2027, phase 2 from 2028-2030).

Every year, trade unions at all levels record the results of emulation movements, evaluate and summarize achievements and propose superiors to consider comprehensive rewards or special rewards according to their authority for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

It is expected to organize a preliminary review of the emulation movement in 2027, and a summary of the emulation movement in 2030.
