One of the outstanding activities of the business community and the Da Nang City Trade Union in 2025 is to take care of the material and spiritual needs of workers, through the fact that 56 enterprises were honored by the City Labor Federation in the program to take good care of workers' lives.

Mr. Tran Nguyen Thuy admitted that among the achievements that the company has achieved in recent times, there has always been a supporting role of trade unions at all levels.
The trade union is truly a bridge of strong trust between the Board of Directors and the workers. Thanks to smooth, transparent and democratic coordination, the company has built a harmonious and equal labor relationship, each individual feels that their rights are cared for and protected, thereby being ready to stick with and devote themselves. Regimes such as child deposit support, long-term retirement allowances, serious medical examinations, on-site shift meals, etc. have come into play, contributing to improving the quality of workers' lives. Notably, the Trade Union coordinated with business leaders to establish an online feedback channel via QR code, creating conditions for workers to easily comment and reflect on meals, salaries or working environment. This is an important step forward in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, helping all opinions to be listened to and processed promptly, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
