Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union closely follows the grassroots, cares for workers

On January 10, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union has just held a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025, deploying key tasks in 2026.

In 2025, the Ward Union quickly improved the organization and management of 44 grassroots unions with 6,398 union members; admitted 153 new union members, and introduced 61 outstanding union members to the Party.

The work of caring for the lives of union members and workers continues to be a highlight with many practical activities such as: union member welfare programs, visiting union members in difficulty, taking care of union members' children; many units have improved the quality of shift meals, with meals reaching 30,000-46,000 VND.

Emulation movements, cultural and sports activities take place enthusiastically: Workers' Month, Union meals, fundraising sports competitions, humane and creative models create a positive influence among union members and the community.

In 2026, Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union will continue to focus on taking care of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, developing union members, improving the quality of grassroots trade union activities, especially in the non-state enterprise sector; affirming its role as a representative, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were commended by the Provincial Labor Federation, the People's Committee and the Vinh Phu Ward Fatherland Front Committee.
