Hsieh Yuan Vietnam Technology Trade Union focuses on taking care of workers
Phu Tho - On December 27, the Trade Union of Hsieh Yuan Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. held a Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Hsieh Yuan Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise headquartered in Khai Quang Industrial Park, Phu Tho province.
Attending and directing the Congress were business leaders; leaders of the Trade Union of Phu Tho Industrial Park in Vinh Phuc area, and all 91 union members.
During the past term, the Trade Union has performed well its role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
Currently, the average income of workers is about 12 million VND/person/month; the shift meal is of interest to businesses at 31,000 VND/person/meal, especially with an improved meal worth 36,000 VND per week, contributing significantly to improving the lives and health of workers and laborers.
Speaking at the Congress, leaders of the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Trade Union and business leaders in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
At the same time, he suggested that the new term executive board continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, and better care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
