1,420 collective labor agreements have been signed with provisions beneficial to employees
Hanoi - To date, Hanoi has signed 1,420 collective labor agreements, bringing many benefits to workers.
The increasing number of collective labor agreements signed demonstrates the role of the Trade Union organization in representing and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and workers, while demonstrating the companionship with enterprises to build stable, harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
It is worth mentioning that 1,420 signed collective labor agreements have more favorable provisions than those prescribed by law, bringing benefits to employees. In addition, Hanoi Trade Unions at all levels provide legal advice to 11,000 employees on salary, bonus, and social insurance regimes.
In the work of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, 100% of units have organized conferences for civil servants, public employees, and 72% of units have organized conferences for workers. The Hanoi Trade Union also coordinated to organize dialogues between city leaders and workers, thereby promptly resolving many recommendations and concerns of workers.
