In August 2025, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs received and guided 18 collective labor agreements, accumulated for 8 months of 2025, and guided 217 agreements.
In August 2025, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs focused on promoting State management in the fields of labor, wages, and social insurance.
The labor relations situation in enterprises in the city is basically stable, without complicated disputes. Information, propaganda and dissemination of labor laws have been promoted to raise awareness for both employees and employers.
The Hanoi Department of Home Affairs regularly guides businesses to comply with the provisions of labor law, wages, and social insurance. In August, the Department received and instructed 18 collective labor agreements. In the first 8 months of 2025, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs has guided 217 collective labor agreements.
The Department also received, appraised and processed 22 labor leasing dossiers, of which 8 enterprises were granted labor leasing licenses; 4 newly granted dossiers were not eligible for licensing; 4 enterprises had their licenses extended and 2 enterprises were reissued licenses.
Regarding the situation of labor cuts, since the beginning of the year, the Department has received and inspected the labor use plans of 17 non-state enterprises due to restructuring changes.
