Son La Provincial Federation of Labor deploys support for grassroots unions to sign Collective Labor Agreements
Son La - On August 25, the Provincial Federation of Labor established grassroots trade union teams to support the signing of Collective Labor Agreements and strengthen the management and collection of trade union financial expenditures.
The working groups of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor directly visited the following units: Binh Minh International Inter-level School (under Lam Loc Joint Stock Company); Son La River Transport and Road Services Joint Stock Company; Phu Yen Garment Joint Stock Company and Thanh An Brick Company.
To advise and support the signing and evaluation of Collective Labor Agreements, thereby raising awareness of employers and employees during the process of participating in dialogues and collective bargaining at enterprises. At the same time, support grassroots trade unions in the management of union financial revenue and expenditure.
Ms. Thai Thi Mai - Vice President of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor said that the Provincial Federation of Labor has established 2 working groups, each group will directly go to 15 units and enterprises with trade unions to advise and support.
These are units and enterprises that have not signed an expired Collective Labor Agreement or Collective Labor Agreement.
The purpose is to promote the role of higher-level trade unions in supporting grassroots trade unions, creating changes in the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining, focusing on wages, bonuses, and working conditions.
In addition, the working groups also requested the grassroots trade unions to report on the signing and implementation of the Collective Labor Agreements and financial work, especially difficulties and obstacles, and propose support.
At the places where they came to work, the working group of the Provincial Federation of Labor consulted, supported the signing and evaluated the Collective Labor Agreement to ensure quality, practicality, effectiveness and compliance with current legal regulations.
The grassroots trade unions are also supported in managing union financial revenue and expenditure in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, thereby contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and employees.
