Quang Ninh launches online contest to learn about traffic safety laws
Quang Ninh From September 22 to October 22, Quang Ninh province organized an online contest Learning about the law on road traffic order and safety in 2025.
The contest focuses on promoting new points of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety No. 36/2024/QH15 and Decree No. 168/2024/ND-CP regulating administrative sanctions, deduction of points, and restoration of driving license points. This is a very practical content for workers and laborers - those who regularly participate in road traffic.
Through this playground, it will create a positive change in traffic law compliance awareness, contributing to controlling and reducing accidents, protecting people's lives, health and property.
The implementation in the form of online exams also helps promote the application of information technology in dissemination and education of laws, meeting the need to learn about the law on road traffic order and safety of cadres, soldiers, civil servants, public employees, students and workers.
Contestants are Vietnamese citizens aged 11 and over, currently living, studying and working in Quang Ninh (except for members of the Organizing Committee, Secretariat and those directly participating in the organization).
The exam is an online multiple-choice test at https://thitimhieuphapluat.quangninh.gov.vn/.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee will award prizes including: First Prize 5 million VND; Second Prize 3 million VND; Third Prize 2 million VND; Encouragement Prize 1 million VND.
