More than 500 union members and workers in Ha Long ward, Quang Ninh receive free health check-ups
Quang Ninh - More than 500 union members and workers have just participated in a free consultation and health check-up program jointly organized by the Ha Long Ward Labor Union.
On September 18, the Ha Long Ward Trade Union said that the unit had just coordinated with Vietnam Biochemical Technology Joint Stock Company (BCC) and the Institute of Air Defense - Air Force Medicine to organize the program "Welfare for union members", providing free consultation and health check-ups for more than 500 union members, workers and laborers (CNLD) of grassroots unions in the area.
Each examination is worth 1.65 million VND, including many items: general health check-up; thyroid ultrasound, abdominal, gynecology; blood Glucose determination; diagnosis of gallstones ( gallstones, gallbladder tumor, gallbladder inflammation, hepatitis, gallstones, pancreatic cancer); osteoporosis measurement...
The program received the active response of union members and workers; coordination and support from grassroots unions in coordinating and creating favorable conditions for the venue at the Provincial Guest House and Quang Ninh Museum.
This practical activity demonstrates the role of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the Trade Union organization; at the same time, contributing to creating an exciting and confident atmosphere among union members and workers, successfully welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
