Spreading traffic culture to workers and laborers in Van Don Special Zone, Quang Ninh Province
Quang Ninh - On October 8, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated to organize a conference to promote traffic safety and order for workers in Van Don Special Zone.
Attending and directing the conference were Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chung - Vice President of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and delegates who are employers, workers, laborers, and union members from 80 grassroots unions in the special zone.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thien Vuong, Chief of Office of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, disseminated information about the Quang Ninh traffic network, the situation of accidents and violations of traffic safety order in the first 9 months of 2025.
Delegates were also instructed on solutions to prevent traffic accidents, raise awareness of law compliance, and update new regulations on penalties for road traffic violations.
Propaganda activities contribute to raising awareness, skills and responsibility of workers and employers, building a safe and civilized working environment.
This is also an activity in response to the Program "Promoting lifelong learning activities among workers in enterprises by 2030" launched by the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.
