Ha Long Coal Company's Trade Union accompanies workers in the mountainous areas of Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh - The Trade Union of Ha Long Coal Company has just organized a meeting with workers of the company living in Binh Lieu commune.
At the program, Mr. Do Van Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Ha Long Coal Company - visited, presented gifts and grasped the thoughts and aspirations of workers residing in Binh Lieu commune working at the company.
Binh Lieu is a mountainous commune in the Northeast of Quang Ninh province, where over 90% of the population is ethnic minorities (Tay, Dao, San Chi...)
Many contents related to regimes, benefits, labor safety and production conditions were specifically and promptly answered by the Company's Trade Union at the meeting.
At the same time, the Company's Trade Union has noted recommendations and proposals to continue reviewing, adjusting and supplementing regulations and rules to suit production realities; contributing to improving work efficiency and consensus throughout the unit.
