Warm Supplement of Union Meal

In the last days of the lunar year, at the rubber latex processing workshop of Song Con Tan Ky Agricultural Joint Stock Company (Nghe An), the year-end meal is not only a meal to close a year of hard work but also a place to connect the solidarity of union members and workers.

The special thing about the meal is that most of the dishes are prepared by the union members themselves. From the green vegetables cared for by the brothers, harvested in the unit's premises to simple dishes prepared in a bustling laughing voice, all create a cozy atmosphere, filled with the affection of colleagues.

In that intimate space, company leaders, trade unions and workers gathered, shared, and sent New Year wishes for health and happiness, adding motivation to enter the new year with many new determinations.

A simple but meaningful meal clearly demonstrated the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for spiritual life, creating solidarity and consensus between workers and businesses.

Not only stopping within the factory, the spirit of "Union Accompanying" also spreads to the community. On January 14, 2026, the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An II Co., Ltd. in coordination with the enterprise organized a program to visit and give gifts at Muong Long 2 Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and a number of families and workers in difficult circumstances in Muong Long commune.

At the program, 21 gifts were presented to students, households and workers in difficult circumstances. The school and the teaching staff in the highlands also received a joint gift of candy, umbrellas and a cup warming set to encourage the spirit of teaching and learning. The total value of gifts and cash of the program is 58.8 million VND.

Spreading joy from activities to care for the Trade Union

Receiving gifts in the "Union Tet Market" Program in 2026, many union members and workers in Nghe An expressed their joy and emotion. "Although the gifts are not large, they are very timely, helping us to be less worried as Tet approaches. We truly thank the Trade Union for always caring and accompanying us - Ms. Le Thi Van Anh, a worker at Minh Anh Nghe An Company, shared.

According to Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province took care of more than 50,000 union members and workers with a total budget of over 60 billion VND through Tet activities, "Worker's Month" and union member welfare programs. The work of building the Trade Union organization continues to be promoted, with more than 8,000 new union members admitted and established over 60 grassroots unions, mainly in the non-state enterprise sector.

In addition to material care, Nghe An Trade Union also focuses on taking care of the happiness and spiritual life of workers. At the end of December 2025, the collective wedding ceremony "Union bracelet - Steadfast in love" was solemnly held for 11 worker couples in difficult circumstances.

In a warm and emotional space, the couple performed the wedding ceremony with the blessings of leaders, colleagues and relatives. The groom Nguyen Quang Thieu - a worker at Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd. - emotionally said: "Without the attention of the Trade Union organization, we would have been unable to organize a complete wedding ceremony like this. This is an unforgettable memory in my and my life.

Along with that, the emulation movement for good and creative workers continues to be widely launched by trade unions at all levels, associated with improving productivity, quality and working conditions. Many union members believe that it is practical care that has motivated them to actively respond to emulation movements and feel secure in sticking with the enterprise for a long time.

From warm New Year's meals, meaningful gifts to emotional collective weddings, Nghe An Trade Union activities have left a clear mark in the lives of workers. Many union members expressed their hope that in the coming time, especially before the 14th National Party Congress, policies on salary, social housing, social security and training for workers will continue to receive more attention.
