Because the allowance level for this force is not applied uniformly nationwide but is decided by the Provincial People's Council based on the socio-economic conditions of each locality.

Many provinces and cities across the country calculate allowances and support for grassroots security and order teams according to a coefficient multiplied by the base salary. Some localities also stipulate allowance levels equal to a fixed absolute amount of money.

In Ca Mau, based on Resolution 30/2025/NQ-HĐND of the Provincial People's Council on Regulations on establishment and spending levels for forces participating in the Security and Order Protection Team in hamlets and wards in the province, then:

Regular monthly support for Team Leaders: 0.9 times the base salary/person/month; Deputy Team Leaders: 0.8 times the base salary/person/month; Team Members: 0.7 times the base salary/person/month.

When performing tasks in island areas, areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority areas or in key commune-level administrative units for national defense recognized by competent authorities, people participating in the Security and Order Protection Team in hamlets and hamlets are entitled to additional working day allowances equal to 0.003 times the basic salary/person/day.

Monthly support for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions for cases that have not participated in social insurance and health insurance

Support 100% of monthly voluntary social insurance contributions, the contribution level is equal to the poverty line of rural areas according to regulations.

Support 100% of monthly health insurance contributions according to regulations.

Members of the Security and Order Protection Team who have not participated in health insurance but are sick, have accidents, or injured while performing duties, are supported with medical examination and treatment costs equal to the level paid by health insurance and are supported with daily meal allowances during inpatient treatment until their health is stable and discharged from the hospital equal to the standard of food prescribed when inpatient treatment at the hospital of officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers in the People's Police.

Thus, from July 1, 2026, the base salary increases to 2,530,000 VND/month, the allowance table of the Security and Order Protection Team is converted according to the new base salary level in Ca Mau as follows:
