Prepare the profile

Application for registration and issuance of Land Use Right Certificates.

Personal papers: CCCD/passport (copy).

Documents proving land use rights (if any).

Supporting documents such as land use fee declaration forms; registration fee declaration forms; non-agricultural land use tax declaration forms; land plot diagrams and drawings (if any); other documents according to each specific case.

Submit application

After preparing fully, you submit the application to the Land Registration Office or the People's Committee of the commune where the land is located.

Financial obligations

State agencies will notify the amounts to be paid such as land use fees, registration fees... People need to complete them on time to avoid prolonging the processing time.

Receive results

After completing financial obligations and valid documents, you will be granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights. At the same time, declare some forms and related declarations.
