Signing 3,549 collective labor agreements with many benefits for employees
HCMC - In the 2023-2025 period, the city's trade unions have signed 3,549 collective labor agreements with many benefits for workers.
In the period of 2023-2025, Ho Chi Minh City Trade Unions at all levels have gradually improved the quality of dialogue, negotiation, signing and implementation of collective labor agreements with more beneficial contents for employees than those prescribed by law.
From 2023 to the end of the first 6 months of 2025, local trade unions in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (formerly) signed a total of 3,493 collective labor agreements. In the last 6 months of the year, Ho Chi Minh City's trade unions (after the merger) signed 56 new collective labor agreements.
In general, in the period of 2023-2025, trade unions in Ho Chi Minh City signed 3,549 collective labor agreements. Most of these collective labor agreements have more advantages for employees than those prescribed by law.
In the 2025-2030 period, Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union strives for 85% or more of enterprises and units with trade unions to sign collective labor agreements, of which at least 10% are type A and 40% are type B.
