Signing a Collective Labor Agreement with 48 points is more beneficial to employees
HCMC - The Trade Union of Power generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3) has negotiated and signed a collective labor agreement with 48 articles that are more beneficial to employees.
On December 1, Mr. Vu Quang Sang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Power Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3) - said that in the period of 2023 - 2025, EVNGENCO3 Trade Union has participated in giving comments, negotiating and deploying to affiliated grassroots trade unions to collect opinions when the Corporation develops, amends and supplements regulations and rules related to employees such as: Salary regulations, remuneration, bonuses; salary payment regulations; collective labor agreements...
As a result, EVNGENCO3's collective labor agreement with 48 points in favor of employees continues to be applied, of which 100% of EVNGENCO3's affiliated units directly apply. Every year, regulations and rules related to workers are reviewed and evaluated by employers and trade unions at all levels at labor conferences, meetings to evaluate coordination regulations, dialogues, etc.
EVNGENCO3 has implemented well the amendment and supplementation and development of new policies for employees in accordance with the actual situation.
EVNGENCO3 also performs well the implementation of labor contracts, collective labor agreements, and internal management regulations, paying special attention to solutions to further improve working conditions, resolving regimes for employees above the level prescribed by law, creating the best conditions for employees to work with peace of mind and contribute to the sustainable development of the Corporation and the unit.
