Collective Labor Agreement at Joint Stock Company
This collective labor agreement stipulates the labor relationship between the collective and the employer regarding the working conditions and use of labor, rights and obligations of each party.
COLLECTIVE LABOR AGREEMENT
- Pursuant to the 2019 Labor Law;
- Pursuant to the 2012 Trade Union Law;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on working conditions and labor relations.
- Pursuant to Circular No. 10/2020/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 12, 2020 of the Ministry guiding a number of contents of the Labor Code.
To ensure the rights and responsibilities of both parties (between employers and employees) in the labor relationship at Joint Stock Company.

The two sides negotiate, negotiate and sign the Collective Labor Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) to amend and supplement, with the following provisions:
CHAPTER I: GENERAL REGULATIONS

The subjects of this Agreement include: The General Board of Directors of the Company, the Executive Board of the Trade Union and all employees of the Company, including employees during the period of vocational training, vocational training, probation, and employees working after the effective date of the Agreement, are responsible for implementing the contents of the Agreement in this Agreement.
