The system is built to support the Office of the National Election Council, the Office of the Provincial and Municipal Election Committees and the Commune-level Election Committees in organizing and managing information to serve the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

Through this system, cadres and civil servants at Election Committees at all levels have more favorable conditions in managing candidate records; performing election-related duties.

At the same time, monitor and manage consultation work, allocate candidates, collect and summarize election results. In addition, the system also supports the issuance of reports and information to serve each stage of the election process.

The effective operation of the Election Information Management System is of great significance, directly contributing to the overall success of the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

This is also a vivid testament to the determination to modernize the national administrative system, gradually shifting from manual management methods to modern, transparent and scientific digital governance.

Speaking at the closing session of the conference, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Manh Hung suggested that the Provincial and Municipal Election Committees continue to fully review the accounts and guidance documents provided.

At the same time, direct specialized agencies and commune-level Election Committees to urgently check the network infrastructure for data transmission, install the system and update candidate records according to the principle of " wherever the data is, update there", ensuring accurate and timely information, absolutely not allowing errors in the candidate's personal information.

Note that the election management software system operates on a dedicated network, storing many important information, the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office emphasized the requirement that localities, cadres and civil servants at the Election Committees at all levels must strictly comply with regulations on account security and information security, especially not sharing access rights with irresponsible individuals.

The Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office also requested relevant units to continue to closely monitor the operation process, ensure information security and promptly report to the National Election Council on any arising issues.
