Army Colonel introduced by 100% of voters as a candidate for National Assembly

On January 14, the Ministry of National Defense said that the Legal Department had just held a conference to collect voters' opinions at the workplace for Colonel Pham Duc Hoai, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Defense - who was introduced as a candidate for the 16th National Assembly Delegation, term 2026 - 2031.

The opinions expressed at the conference all expressed consensus and agreed to affirm that Colonel Pham Duc Hoai had a clean and clear background; had matured in practice, study and work. Assigned by the Party, State and Army to hold many important positions.

During his working career, Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has always stood firm in the ideological stance of the working class; has steadfast political will, is absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, and has absolute confidence in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the cause of innovation for the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has good moral qualities, a simple, pure, responsible, honest, impartial and selfless lifestyle; strictly complies with the law and regulations of the Army, unit and locality where he resides, resolutely fights against acts of corruption, waste, bureaucracy, embezzlement, embezzlement of rights and other violations of the law. Having experience in working and high prestige in leadership, command and unit; regularly being closely contacted and respecting, listening to the opinions of the people, being responsible to the people and being trusted and loved by the people.

Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has a cultural level, military expertise, good leadership and commanding skills and health, always completing all assigned tasks well and excellently, making many important and positive contributions to the cause of building the Army, strengthening national defense and security, and firmly defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Colonel Pham Duc Hoai affirmed that he will continue to strive to work with the highest sense of responsibility; constantly innovate, dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; speak along with doing; do a good job of setting an example; constantly research and study to improve qualifications, excellently complete all assigned tasks.

At the conference, 100% of voters unanimously approved the introduction of Colonel Pham Duc Hoai to run for the 16th National Assembly.
