2 Police Colonels are considered for the Second Class Medal of Honor
The Ministry of Public Security organizes a public consultation on the consideration of awarding medals and certificates of merit to collectives and individuals.
The Ministry of Public Security said that Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulates decentralization and delegation of authority in the field of emulation and reward; details and guides the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Reward.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security organizes a public consultation on the consideration of rewards for the following groups and individuals:
Awarding the First Class Medal of Merit to 1 collective:
Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Public Security.
Awarded the Second Class Medal of Honor to 2 individuals:
Colonel Bui Duc Tai, Deputy Director, Criminal Police Department;
Colonel Le Khac Son, Deputy Director, Criminal Police Department.
Awarded the Third Class Medal of Honor to 3 individuals:
Colonel Duong Nguyen Chinh, Head of the Department, Major Crimes Department, Criminal Police Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son, Head of the General Staff Department, Criminal Police Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Thong, officer of the Major Crimes Department, Criminal Police Department.
The Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit was awarded to 2 groups and 5 individuals:
Telecommunications Supervision Department, Department of Technical and Professional Affairs;
Representative agency of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in Laos;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, officer of the Major Crimes Department, Criminal Police Department;
Captain Tran Khanh Duy, officer of the Major Crimes Department, Criminal Police Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tan Thuong, Head of the Department of Criminal Engineering, People's Police College II;
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quoc Khanh, Head of the Department of Traffic Police, People's Police College II;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Nghia, Head of the Department of Armed Police, People's Police College II.
