The Ministry of Public Security issued Instruction No. 01/HD-BCA-V05 stipulating criteria for evaluating the results of activities of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.

The Ministry of Public Security said that the assessment results are the basis for directing and operating the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to operate effectively, in accordance with the actual situation of the locality.
