Village heads and heads of residential groups are responsible for any violations of construction order
Hanoi - Village heads and residential group leaders are responsible to the People's Committee of Chuong My Ward if there are violations of construction order in the area without reporting.
The People's Committee of Chuong My Ward has just issued a document on granting construction permits and managing construction order in Chuong My Ward.
Accordingly, to ensure the issuance of construction permits and construction order management, the People's Committee of Chuong My Ward assigned the Ward's Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Area to appraise the construction permit application in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP dated December 30, 2024, Decree No. 140/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government.
The Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas shall preside over and organize inspections, coordinate with relevant sectors, village heads and heads of residential groups to request investors to build individual works and houses to submit construction permits according to regulations; promptly detect construction violations of planning, without permits, illegal construction; apply preventive measures according to the provisions of law, prepare documents to propose competent authorities to handle violations according to regulations; resolutely not let illegal construction occur.
In particular, special attention should be paid to the work of granting construction permits and managing construction order in areas with general planning for Chuc Son ecological town, detailed planning for commune cluster centers, rural residential areas and areas with detailed planning 1/500 approved by competent state agencies.
The People's Committee of Chuong My Ward assigned Chuong My Public Administration Service Point to ensure timely and complete publicity by electronic means or a list and content of administrative procedures under its authority and to be carried out at Chuong My Public Administration Service Point in accordance with the provisions of law on administrative procedure control and relevant legal provisions. Receive applications for construction permits from organizations and individuals in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Thanh Oai - Chuong My Tax Department proactively coordinates with the Ward Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department to issue regulations on tax management coordination with construction contractors who are individuals and groups of individuals in Chuong My Ward. Propagate to organizations and individuals who are construction contractors to be responsible for paying taxes to construction contractors who are individuals and groups of individuals in Chuong My ward.
The People's Committee of Chuong My Ward assigned village heads and heads of residential groups to coordinate with specialized departments under the People's Committee of the Ward to propagate and guide organizations, households and individuals in granting construction permits in the area. Proactively coordinate with the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas and relevant units to inspect, detect and prevent arising construction activities (if there are violations) in accordance with the provisions of law.
Village heads and residential group leaders are responsible to the Ward People's Committee if violations occur in the village or residential group without reporting.
