Cases of being supported with an additional 300% increase in salary according to the current salary coefficient

This content is stipulated in Decree No. 329/2026/ND-CP of the Government on network security protection forces.

The specialized force to protect network security is the core force, deployed at the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense.

People under the payroll of specialized forces protecting network security or subject to preferential treatment and attracting talent, in addition to salary, allowance and other regimes as prescribed by law, are considered for additional monthly support at one of the following levels:

Level 1, maximum equal to 100% of the salary level according to the current salary coefficient for cases of performing professional and nghiệp vụ tasks in specialized forces protecting network security, with requirements on qualifications, expertise and work results not covered by levels 2 and 3.

Level 2, up to 200% of the salary level according to the current salary coefficient for people directly performing tasks in the field of strategic advising on network security protection or strategic technology projects; directly performing tasks requiring professional qualifications, in-depth professional skills, organizing training and fostering network security protection;

Directly combating and preventing the use of cyberspace to infringe upon national security, preventing and combating cyber espionage, cyber terrorism, cyber warfare, and cybercrime; building and deploying important nghiệp vụ procedures with high security and technical requirements; researching, developing, operating, and protecting systems, platforms, tools, and strategic technology solutions to serve network security protection, monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, and early warning of risks threatening national network security;

Performing tasks with high intensity, on duty and ready, emergency handling to serve network security protection; organizing the implementation of tasks to protect important information systems on national security, ensuring data security, network information security; or having output products directly serving management, direction, operation, combat, and network security protection;

Level 3, up to 300% of the salary level according to the current salary coefficient for people directly researching, developing, mastering strategic technology applications, strategic technology products or new technologies that directly affect national security;

Directly research and develop products, technology solutions, models, projects, strategic projects with breakthrough value for network security protection; perform tasks with special security requirements, special high intensity, autonomous application, 24/7 emergency handling or tasks with great impact on national security, order, and social safety.

In case the person receiving additional monthly support does not apply the salary regime according to the salary coefficient or the law on salaries changes the basis for calculating salary, the support level is determined according to the corresponding basis in accordance with the provisions of the law on salaries and the state budget.

People who are not in the payroll but are arranged, used, assigned tasks or signed contracts to perform tasks in specialized forces protecting network security are entitled to wages, remuneration, direct, reasonable, necessary cost support and other regimes.
