The West has a local hot spot, the highest temperature is commonly 31.8-35.0 degrees Celsius, the highest is Chau Doc (An Giang) 35.0 degrees Celsius.
The hot weather will continue on April 23 and from April 27-30, the hot weather will be from 11-15am, the low humidity will make the hot and dry outdoor air more susceptible to fire and explosion, affecting health.
From April 23-26, showers and thunderstorms tend to increase, beware of moderate rain, heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
