Ho Chi Minh City has 1,778 administrative procedures under the full-process online public service
HCMC - The City People's Committee has approved a list of 1,996 public administrative procedures; of which the entire online public service process has 1,778 administrative procedures.
On October 14, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a decision approving the list of online public service administrative procedures in the area, provided on the National Public Service Portal.
Thereby, the list of 1,996 administrative procedures (TTHC) was approved, the group of administrative procedures built by Ho Chi Minh City on the National Database on TTHC and integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal.
Of which, the entire online public service has 1,778 TTHCs, including 1,561 TTHCs authorized to receive and resolve at the provincial level; 274 TTHCs authorized to receive and resolve at the commune level; 30 TTHCs authorized to receive and resolve by other agencies (some TTHCs authorized to resolve at the provincial and commune levels; or commune levels and other agencies).

As for partial online public services, there are 218 TTHCs, including 186 TTHCs authorized to receive and resolve at the provincial level; 31 TTHCs authorized to receive and resolve at the commune level; 01 TTHC authorized to receive and resolve by other agencies.
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also assigned the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Office to update and publicize administrative procedures on the National Database of Administrative Procedures; guide, urge, and inspect the implementation of departments, branches, sectors, and communes in organizing implementation.
At the same time, the Department of Science and Technology was assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to guide and urge the implementation of improving the quality of online public service provision throughout the process; providing new personalized digital services, based on data for people and businesses according to the direction of the Government...
