HCMC appoints Director of Public Administration Service Center
HCMC - Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Head of the General Department, Office of the HCMC People's Committee - was appointed as Director of the HCMC Public Administration Service Center.
On the afternoon of December 30, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to hand over decisions on cadres and add key leadership personnel to the city's agencies and units.
At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong presented the decisions of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
In which, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Head of the General Department, Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee - was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Public Administration Service Center under the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
From December 29, the Ho Chi Minh City Public Administration Service Center at 43 Nguyen Van Ba, Thu Duc Ward has officially come into operation.
Previously, the one-stop department of departments and branches ended its operation from December 26.
The center has arranged 67 transaction counters, of which 61 counters have civil servants directly receiving documents. With the current scale, the center is capable of serving 800 - 1,000 visitors at the same time.
With the model of a centralized Public Administration Service Center, people and businesses can now easily choose departments and branches to submit documents without having to move around as before.
At the same time, the Public Administration Service Center has coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center to complete the information technology system, helping people submit documents online for all procedures quickly and conveniently.
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also appointed Mr. Dang Van Dinh - Head of the Project Department, Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
Receiving and appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Tai - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Xuan Thoi Son Commune - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Civil and Industrial Works of Ho Chi Minh City.
Appointed Mr. Huynh Thanh Trung - full-time member of the Board of Directors of 27/7 HCMC LLC - to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of 27/7 HCMC LLC.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Vo Quang Son - former non-professional member of the Board of Directors, Director of Go Vap District Public Service Company Limited - to hold the position of Director of the Credit Guarantee Fund for small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong emphasized that in the coming time, the city will implement many large-scale projects, aiming to promote socio-economic development, improve urban aesthetics and promote administrative reform. He noted that new cadres must take the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of work efficiency.
Mr. Cuong believes that with a sense of responsibility and practical experience, individuals will complete their assigned tasks well. At the same time, he suggested that relevant agencies and units coordinate and create conditions for cadres to effectively deploy work right in their new positions, contributing to promoting the overall development of the city.
