General Secretary To Lam receives Kazakhstan's First-class Dostyk Friendship Medal

Within the framework of the state visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, at noon on September 6 (local time), the First Class Dostyk Friendship Medal Award Ceremony for General Secretary To Lam took place at the Akorda Presidential Palace (Kazakhstan).

According to VNA, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was honored to award General Secretary To Lam the First-class Dostyk Friendship Medal - a noble award of the State and people of Kazakhstan.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam shared that this award is a recognition and appreciation of the achievements of many decades of cooperation and solidarity between Vietnam and Kazakhstan, a vivid symbol of the sincere affection and trust between the people of the two countries.

General Secretary To Lam emphasized that over the past decades, the friendship between Vietnam and Kazakhstan, built on mutual respect and understanding, has been continuously nurtured by generations of leaders and people of the two countries, with the common belief and aspiration for freedom and independence, for a bright future.

The noble First Class Dostyk Friendship Medal is a great source of encouragement for all of us to follow in the footsteps of previous generations, constantly strive to build the best things for the good traditional friendship between Vietnam and Kazakhstan in the future.

General Secretary To Lam expressed his gratitude to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the state and people of Kazakhstan have always supported, stood side by side with Vietnam to preserve and foster the long-standing valuable cooperative relationship between the two countries.
