General Secretary To Lam attends the art program "land of joy" in Ho Chi Minh City
HCMC - On the evening of April 20, General Secretary To Lam attended the art program "The land of joy" held at Thong Nhat Hall.
The art program "The land of joy and delight" is part of a series of events and activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The program was directed by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense; the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army directed the content and art; organized and implemented by the Propaganda Department; Military Region 7 coordinated the implementation.
The program was attended by comrades: General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission; former President Nguyen Minh Triet; former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung; former Standing member of the Secretariat Le Hong Anh.

With melodies containing profound content, the performances of the program "The land of joy" focus on praising the love of the homeland and country, praising the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh respectfully carries the image of the noble Uncle Ho's soldiers. The program also brings the audience the proud melodies, the melody of a peaceful and innovative country, the melody carrying the ambition of the entire nation, entering an era of rising up.
The program "The land of joy" lasts 90 minutes with 19 art performances, organized into three chapters: "Aspiration for unity", "Aspiration to rise up" and "Aspiration for power".
The program is an affirmation of the strong belief and aspiration for national development in the new era, true to the spirit of Ho Chi Minh City over the past 50 years, from the difficulty to rise to become the leading economic - cultural center of the country.
