Standards for Grade III primary school teachers in 2025

According to Article 3 of Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT (amended and supplemented in Circular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT), primary school teachers with code V.07.03.29 must meet the following standards:

- Standards on training and fostering qualifications

+ Have a bachelor's degree or higher in teacher training for primary school teachers.

In case there are not enough teachers with a bachelor's degree in teacher training, they must have a bachelor's degree in a suitable major and a certificate of pedagogical training for primary school teachers according to the program issued by the Minister of Education and Training;

+ Have a training certificate according to the professional title standards of primary school teachers.

- Standards on professional competence and skills:

+ Grasp the policies, guidelines, laws of the Party and State, regulations and requirements of the industry and locality on primary education and implement it in assigned tasks;

+ Implement teaching and education to ensure quality according to the educational program and educational plan of the school;

+ Apply knowledge of education and psychology of all ages to the practical education of students;

+ ability to apply teaching and educational methods to develop quality and capacity for students;

+ ability to coordinate with colleagues, parents and the community to improve the effectiveness of education for students;

+ Regularly self-study and self-focusing to develop personal professional capacity; know how to apply the results of pedagogical research applied to teaching and education; instruct students to make their own teaching aids;

+ ability to apply information technology in professional activities; ability to use foreign languages or use ethnic minority languages according to job requirements.
