Prime Minister presents Certificate of Merit from the Government Party Committee to comrade Phung Quang Hiep
The Prime Minister chaired a conference to summarize the work in 2025 of the Government Party Committee, recording many outstanding results and many outstanding individuals.
On the morning of January 11, at the Government Headquarters, Politburo member, Party Committee Secretary, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference to summarize the work in 2025, deploy the direction and tasks in 2026 of the Government Party Committee Executive Committee.
The conference was held to comprehensively evaluate the results of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks in the past year, and at the same time identify key tasks and solutions for 2026.
In 2025, the Government Party Committee focused on leading and directing ministries, branches and agencies in the political system resolutely and synchronously, achieving many important and comprehensive results in all fields.
The Government Party Committee leads the socio-economic development in 2025 to achieve and exceed all 15/15 main targets; GDP growth reaches 8.02%, among the highest in the region and the world.
The work of perfecting institutions, building laws, developing strategic infrastructure, digital transformation, science - technology, ensuring social security has been implemented methodically and effectively, creating a solid foundation for rapid and sustainable development.
Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the work of Party building is given special importance by the Government Party Committee, identified as a decisive factor in ensuring the comprehensive leadership of the Party in directing and operating the development of the country. The results achieved clearly demonstrate innovative thinking, daring to think, daring to do, knowing how to "turn risk into opportunity, turning challenges into motivation", creating a new foundation, momentum and development position for the next stage.
Within the framework of the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented the Certificate of Merit of the Government Party Committee to party organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in leadership in implementing political tasks in 2025.
Comrade Phung Quang Hiep, member of the Government Party Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Chemical Group, is honored to be one of the outstanding individuals who have been commended and recognized for their outstanding contributions to the work of leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of assigned tasks.
The awarding of the Certificate of Merit by the Government Party Committee to Comrade Phung Quang Hiep is a worthy recognition of the sense of responsibility and exemplary role of the leader, while demonstrating the concern of the Government Party Committee in the work of encouraging and motivating cadres and party members to continue to promote their intelligence and bravery, actively contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new development period.
