Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet sent a letter of condolence to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh about the damage caused by storm Bualoi.

Having learned that some northern and central provinces of Vietnam were seriously affected by Typhoon Bualoi, on October 3, 2025, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet sent a letter of greetings to Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

According to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the letter of encouragement, Prime Minister Hun Manet wrote: I am deeply saddened to receive news of the heavy losses caused by Typhoon Bualoi in the northern and central provinces of Vietnam, causing many deaths and missing people, many injuries, and serious property damage.
