Singer Ha Anh Tuan contributed more than 1.3 billion VND to support people affected by storm Bualoi

On October 2, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union held a meeting to receive contributions to support people affected by storm Bualoi.

Mr. Ngo Minh Hai - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union said that the unit is urgently preparing teams to deploy support for people affected by storm Bualoi. The unit is committed to ensuring the content and implementation of the program is worthy of the contributions of participating individuals and organizations.

At the reception, singer Ha Anh Tuan donated 50,000 USD (more than 1.3 billion VND - PV) to support people affected by storm Bualoi.

Singer Ha Anh Tuan shared that his contribution today comes from being a citizen of Ho Chi Minh City, wishing to contribute a small part to help ease the losses of people in flooded areas. At the same time, as an artist, he expressed this contribution on behalf of the audience, showing gratitude and responsibility to the community.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, in recent days, storm No. 10 - Bualoi has swept through the North Central provinces, causing heavy damage and greatly affecting people's lives.

Faced with these losses, the program "Joining hands for compatriots" was organized to call for community sharing, to send the most practical support sources to people in storm-hit areas, helping people stabilize their lives.

The program was directed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House, Artist Volunteer Team and units to coordinate.
