Quang Ninh - On April 21, departments, agencies, branches and 10 localities in Quang Ninh province agreed to sign regulations on coordination in managing Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba heritage.

The Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board, together with departments, branches, related units and the People's Committees of 10 wards, communes, and special zones in the province, have agreed to sign a coordination regulation.

The contents of the coordination regulations focus on: building management mechanisms and regulations; propaganda and promotion of heritage; restoration, embellishment, and protection of heritage values; protection of forests, environment, and biodiversity; management and development of tourism, inland waterway traffic and aquatic activities; disease prevention, natural disasters, fires and explosions, search and rescue; ensuring security and order, waterway traffic safety; inspection, supervision and handling of violations.
