More universities prioritize candidates with IELTS from 5.5
Candidates with an IELTS certificate of 5.5 or higher will have priority points accumulated when applying to the Academy of cryptography in 2025.
In 2025, the Academy of cryptography is expected to enroll 520 students using the method of considering high school exam scores and direct admission.
With the method of using the results of the 2025 high school exam, the admission score is the total score of one of three admission subject combinations: Math, Physics, Chemistry (A00); Math, Physics, English (A01); Math, English, IT; Math, Physics, IT.
In addition to the priority points according to current admission regulations, the Academy adds priority points for candidates (using high school exam results for admission) with an international English certificate (still valid until the admission date), according to the following 3 priority levels:
IELTS certificate from 5.5 - 6.0 or TOEIC from 650 to under 750 or TOEFL iBT (excluding TOEFL home edition) from 65 to under 80 is 1 point added;
IELTS certificate from 6.5 - 7.0 or TOEIC from 750 to under 850 or TOEFL iBT (excluding TOEFL home edition) from 80 to under 95 is combined with 1.5 points;
IELTS certificate of 7.5 or higher or TOEIC of 850 or higher or TOEFL iBT (excluding TOEFL home edition) of 95 or higher is awarded 2 points.
English training academy with an entrance level from TOEIC 300 level or equivalent, admission students will take the entrance English exam to classify. Students who do not have English proficiency will take additional study in semester 1.
The tuition fee of the Academy of Code Engineering is 450,000 VND/credit.
