Focus on removing obstacles for 110 non-budgetary investment projects in Lam Dong
Lam Dong - The locality is focusing on discussing solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for 110 non-budgetary investment projects in the area.
On January 7, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh chaired a meeting to remove difficulties and obstacles for non-budgetary investment projects.
According to the report of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Vu Duc Tuan, Lam Dong province currently has 110 non-budgetary investment projects in the tourism and service sector facing difficulties and obstacles.

Of these, 32/110 projects have reported implementation status; the remaining 78/110 projects do not report or do not report in accordance with the form as required by the professional agency.
Of the 110 projects facing difficulties, 20 projects are stuck in land, 30 projects are stuck in planning, 34 projects are stuck with two or more problems...
In general, difficulties and problems are under the authority of departments, branches and localities.
In particular, 4 projects under the scope of the Central Resolution have been updated to the Database System of the Central Steering Committee on Resolving backlog projects (System 751).
According to the assessment, most of the non-budgetary investment projects in the tourism and service sector are slow to be implemented and do not report progress; some projects have almost not been implemented.

At the meeting, leaders of departments and branches said that removing difficulties for non-budgetary investment projects in the tourism and service sectors is still slow.
Although the difficulties of each project have been grouped, specific responsibilities have not been assigned to each member.
Therefore, the working group needs to separate and clearly classify the nature of each project to have a suitable and correct resolution direction.
According to Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh, the progress of many projects is still slow, requiring departments, branches and localities to increase their determination and proactively remove difficulties.
In the context of having many important legal bases of the Central Government and the province's double-digit growth target, the delay is unacceptable.
For eligible projects, the removal must be completed by June 2026 at the latest. In case of additional difficulties, the province strives to resolve them in 2026; if they still do not meet the requirements, it will be moved to 2027.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh assigned the Department of Finance to preside over the classification of difficulties according to each project group, take charge of project and investment problems; land issues assigned to the Department of Agriculture and Environment; planning and construction problems assigned to the Department of Construction to preside over.
The heads of the working groups are responsible for updating the progress and solutions for each project in January 2026.
People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones are required to strengthen land management in projects facing difficulties to prevent encroachment and illegal construction.
The Provincial People's Committee Office is responsible for regularly updating the situation, promptly adjusting the list of projects that need to be removed, and adding new projects with investors determined to implement.
To remove the above difficulties and obstacles, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has established Working Group No. 4 to remove difficulties for non-budgetary investment projects in the tourism and service sectors.
The working group is headed by Mr. Nguyen Minh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
