Prepare well the contents of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure

Accordingly, all levels, sectors and localities focus on leading and directing the implementation of tasks in 2025; the key task for March 2025 is to prepare well the contents of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure, and the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Urgently complete the work in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and the direction of the Politburo. Stabilizing the organizational structure inside, arranging officials in agencies and units to ensure stability, operations are not interrupted. It is necessary to raise the contingent of cadres and civil servants to meet the task requirements.

Do a good job of information, propaganda, politics, and ideology, do not let distraction or negligence be a task, do not cause complicated ideological problems; promptly and urgently resolve the regime and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers.

Unblocking development resources, especially the private economic sector

The Standing Secretariat of Tran Cam Tu also requested to continue to direct the synchronous implementation of socio-economic development solutions, striving to achieve GDP growth of 8% or more; accelerate the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; speed up the implementation of important and national key projects; review projects that are behind schedule, prolonged, causing great loss and waste to have solutions to resolve them completely.

Continue to review and remove bottlenecks and bottlenecks to unblock development resources, especially in the private economic sector. Accelerate the implementation of national target programs, poverty reduction programs, and the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses.

Continue to implement Directive No. 35CT/TW and Conclusion of the Party Central Committee and the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35,CT/TW on Party congresses at all levels; direct the preparation and good organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress in the spirit of not organizing at the district level, rearranging administrative units at the provincial and commune levels.

Continue to renovate the Party's leadership and ruling methods; well performing the inspection, supervision and protection of internal politics; Promote the prevention and fight against corruption, waste, negative, research with mechanisms and sanctions for waste and solutions to mobilize resources among the people to develop socio -economic development; Strictly manage finance, property and headquarters of agencies and units after arranging the organizational structure.

Strengthen propaganda, education, orientation of ideas and public opinion, create social consensus, support and active participation of all classes of people in contributing to the building of the Party, the political system, the building and development of the country.

Continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass associations after the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus; improve the quality of comments and supervision and social criticism; promote patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, and effectively implement social security policies.
