To soon have a wastewater treatment plant worth over 700 billion VND in Ha Dong district
Hanoi - Kien Hung wastewater collection and treatment plant system, Ha Dong district has a total estimated investment of nearly 740 billion VND.
On April 14, the City People's Committee issued a decision approving the project to invest in the construction of a Kien Hung wastewater collection system and treatment plant in Ha Dong district.
The project's goal is to concretize the expected investment contents of the Hanoi drainage plan and the S4 subdivision plan in the area where there are currently polluted wastewater sources; build a synchronous wastewater treatment system for the wards of Phu Luong basin.
The project includes a network of main sewers, spillways, sewers, and centralized wastewater treatment stations to serve as a basis for building a completely separate wastewater drainage system; investing in advanced and modern technology to ensure that collected wastewater is treated to meet requirements before discharging into the environment.
The City People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Technical Infrastructure and Agriculture as the investor with a total estimated investment of nearly 740 billion VND, implemented in 2024 - 2027.
The project belongs to a group B technical infrastructure project, level I and the term of use is not less than 50 years.
The investor is responsible before the law for the accuracy of the volume and cost; the results of calculating the structure and legality of the approval dossier; the capacity of organizations and individuals to conduct surveys and establish projects. Responsible for researching, reviewing the technical infrastructure system of the area, updating the technical infrastructure connection plan to ensure savings, efficiency, economic - technical optimization, ensuring the ability to operate synchronously between the technical infrastructure inside and outside the project.
