An 880 billion VND overpass, 4 lanes wide, is about to be built in Ha Dong

The City People's Committee has just issued a decision on approving the investment policy for the Le Trong Tan, Ha Dong and National Highway 6 intersection overpass construction investment project.

According to the decision, the project to invest in the construction of an overpass with a scale of 4 lanes on Le Trong Tan Street - Van Khe Street; to build an overpass with a main span and a steel approach span, with a total global length of about 883m.

At the same time, cutting sidewalks to expand the traffic route, reorganize traffic, traffic lights at intersections and build and move technical infrastructure works, trees to ensure traffic safety and urban aesthetics.

The City People's Committee assigned the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor. The project belongs to group B with a total estimated investment of nearly 880 billion VND, implemented in the period of 2026-2028.

The City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board studies, receives, and completes comments from relevant units during the feasibility study report preparation process.

At the same time, review, calculate, propose a number of design options, select optimal design options in terms of technology and aesthetics, ensure compliance with standards, norms, norms, construction planning, efficiency, budget savings and avoid loss and waste of investment funds; submit to competent authorities to decide on project investment and organize a competition for architectural works in accordance with regulations.

Along with that, for the items of moving floating underground works, building technical infrastructure systems, the implementation process of preparing a feasibility study report for the investment project needs to contact the specialized management agency to reach an agreement to ensure the connection of the project's infrastructure system with the general infrastructure of the area, limiting the movement of trees.
