The National Assembly considers amending the Law on Organization of Local Government
In today's session, the National Assembly will consider and discuss the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended) and the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended).
Continuing the 9th session program, the XV National Assembly, on the morning of 7.5, representatives of the draft committee amended and supplemented a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution presenting the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended).
Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee Hoang Thanh Tung presented a report on the review of the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended).
The Minister of Home Affairs, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Proposal for the Draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended).
The Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee presented a report on the review of the draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended).
Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh presented a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Law on Employment (amended).
The National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Employment (amended).
The submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review will coordinate to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
On the same afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in groups about:
- Draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
- Draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended).
- Draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended).
