National Assembly discusses solutions to remove obstacles for backlog and prolonged projects

Today (April 22), according to the program at the First Session of the 16th National Assembly, in the morning, National Assembly deputies will discuss in the hall about the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of breakthrough mechanisms and policies for Vietnamese cultural development.

After that, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

Also in the morning, the National Assembly discussed in the hall about the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the establishment of Dong Nai city directly under the Central Government.

Regarding this issue, the Minister of Home Affairs spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

In the afternoon, delegates will discuss in the hall about the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the institution of public lawyers.

After that, the Minister of Justice spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

Along with that, the National Assembly will hold a separate meeting to discuss in the hall the Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to handle violations of land law by organizations and individuals that occur before the 2024 Land Law takes effect and solutions to continue removing difficulties and obstacles for backlog and prolonged projects.

Delegates also discussed solutions to handle the source of funds for implementing the international arbitration ruling.

After that, the Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Finance spoke to explain and clarify some issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
