Quang Ninh leads the PAPI index 2024
Quang Ninh - On April 15, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) announced the PAPI Index for 2024, Quang Ninh province topped with 47.82 points.
PAPI is from the provincial public administration and management efficiency index.
This is an independent survey tool conducted by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Vietnam in coordination with domestic research partners.
This is the third year that Quang Ninh province has led this ranking, after 2020 and 2022.
In 2023 alone, Quang Ninh province had no data because the survey results exceeded the correct values allowed in statistics.
The PAPI Index is a tool to reflect people's voices on the effectiveness of state management, policy implementation and public service provision of authorities at all levels.
Quang Ninh is also one of the 8 localities leading the country in PAPI content indexes in 2024, standing out in providing public services, reaching 8.42 points.
PAPI 2024 was developed from a survey of 18,894 citizens nationwide, reflecting people's feelings and assessments of state management in localities.
