Issuing a special stamp set to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress
The Ministry of Science and Technology held a special issuance ceremony for the Postmark "Congratulations to the 14th National Congress of the Party!".
Within the framework of the Opening Ceremony of the Press Center and the International Press Conference on the 14th National Congress of the Party, on the afternoon of January 14, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), the Ministry of Science and Technology held a special issuance ceremony for the Postmark "Welcome to the 14th National Congress of the Party!".
This activity aims to contribute to widely disseminating to all cadres, party members and people of all walks of life about the stature and significance of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Introducing and announcing the special issuance of the stamp set "Welcome to the 14th National Congress of the Party!", Mr. Pham Duc Long - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology - said that since its establishment, the Communist Party of Vietnam has gone through 13 Congresses: from the 1st National Congress in 2005 to the 13th National Congress in 2021.
The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam taking place from January 19-25, 2026 is an important political event and milestone, crystallizing the belief and great expectation of the entire nation for a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam. With a strategic vision and breakthrough decisions, the Congress opens a new era - the era of strong and prosperous development of the nation.

This is a Congress associated with the context of the country after 40 years of renovation, 50 years of liberating the South and unifying the country, 80 years of founding the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 95 years of founding the Communist Party of Vietnam, towards the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party (2030).
From the 3rd National Congress of the Party (1960) to now, at each Congress, the Post Office sector has issued a set of holiday stamps, contributing to spreading the vibrant competitive atmosphere, reflecting the cause of fighting and defending the Fatherland, building socialism and the great achievements of the Vietnamese Revolution.
On this occasion, Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung respectfully presented a painting with the stamp "Welcome to the 14th National Congress of the Party!" to Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet.
