14th National Party Congress: Organizing a special art program to celebrate

Unified implementation in 126 communes and wards

According to Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Pham Tuan Long, based on the assigned tasks, Hanoi City has been synchronously and comprehensively implementing propaganda, decoration, visual encouragement and organizing cultural and artistic activities, in order to create a solemn, enthusiastic and exciting atmosphere among the people of the capital to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Regarding decoration, propaganda, and visual encouragement, the city organizes implementation in 6 key areas, including: Central agencies area, around President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square and neighboring roads; City center area; Area of gateway routes to the capital; Area around the place where delegates are staying and routes leading from the place delegates are staying to the National Convention Center; Area of roads around the National Convention Center - where the Congress takes place and throughout the capital.

Throughout the city, decoration work has been implemented uniformly in 126 communes and wards; agencies and units have decorated headquarters from January 10. People have hung the national flag from January 15 to January 25.

At the same time, the 143 LED screens system in the city has deployed content propaganda about the 14th National Party Congress from December 25, 2025, contributing to widely spreading important political events to the people.

Up to now, the city has completed the propaganda work according to the plan approved by the Standing Committee of the Secretariat. Under the regular and close leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee, units under the city and the Department of Culture and Sports continuously organize inspections, promptly add banners and slogans, and ensure urban aesthetics. Currently, the city is continuing to add lighting clusters, panoes, and banner on some key routes; at the same time, it is requesting communes and wards to increase decoration in residential areas, especially suburban areas, creating an exciting atmosphere and spreading widely.

Special art program "Under the glorious flag of the Party"

According to the Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, in addition to the widely deployed propaganda and encouragement activities, the city identifies organizing a special art program with a scale and stature of commensurate scale, as a highlight to successfully celebrate the 14th National Party Congress as an important requirement, thereby expressing the affection and trust of the people of the Capital in the Party and creating a deep political and cultural imprint.

The special art program "Under the glorious flag of the Party" is identified as a key highlight in the series of activities to successfully celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, expressing the affection, trust and pride of the people of the Capital in the Party. The program is expected to last about 120 minutes, ensuring solemnity, scale, and full expression of the stature and significance of the country's particularly important political event.

Implementing the direction of the Hanoi Party Committee and People's Committee, Hanoi has been proactive and determined in management work; assigning specific tasks to each department, branch and locality; requiring the development of a detailed plan, clear responsibilities, clear progress, especially for key areas such as security, safety, traffic, fire prevention and fighting, health, stage design and live television. Coordination between the City and central agencies, especially in organizing the production and broadcasting of programs, has been implemented closely and synchronously.

"As a standing agency, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports presides over consulting and coordinating the completion of art scripts; preparing conditions for facilities and training locations; organizing preliminary and final rehearsals; and at the same time being a focal point for timely synthesis and reporting to ensure the program goes on schedule" - Mr. Long informed.

In terms of content, the program is solemnly structured, including political rituals and art with 3 chapters: Cants under the Party flag; With the Party, full trust in love; Under the glorious flag of the Party, ending with a fireworks artistic celebration.

At the same time, the city will install LED screens at some public places, creating conditions for the majority of people to watch and join in the welcoming atmosphere.
